So I was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma with Lobular features. When I was diagnosed, I was stage two. They started me on Chemotherapy as the first treatment. During that time, within the next month, bone metastasis showed up on that scan. Back in May, there was no metastasis. Next, I had opted for a double mastectomy, as there was a micro slow growing tumor on the right side. After that, they started me on hormone therapy and finally radiation. I was hoping other people would share with me the plan of action laid out by their Oncologist. I'm ER/PR positive. I also plan on sharing my situation in the bone metastasis forum, but wanted to see how others were treated with the outcome of the treatment plan they received. I resisted chemo-therapy treatment. I was wondering if anyone else experienced this, too and what treatment your oncologist laid out for you?

Sorry I can't add any knowledge,

but I just read your same post on another brand new thread. Since you already had an original thread going, It's better if you continue to post in one place so when people answer they can follow along. People on your first thread were already invested in learning about you.

Oh, well, thank you. I'm confused about all this. I now have bone mets so I posted in both threads, but I did make a post back in August, so what exactly are you suggesting? I go back to the post from August? :D

Pick the one you think will be the best going forward and run with that. Likely you'll have good support from the Stage IV mets group. Also if you go to 'my profile' and enter your diagnosis & treatment to date, it makes it easier for the other members to follow what's happening. Wishing you the best.
