Turmeric yes or no?

My cancer was ER/PR positive and I am into my 2nd year of tamoxifen. There is so much conflicting information out there regarding turmeric and whether or not it is safe to take with tamoxifen. I don’t propose to take it in supplement form but was considering taking it daily in food. Would love to hear from any other ladies in my situation who are taking it?
