ILC after IDC?

I won't repeat all the info in my Profile, but I was diagnosed with very aggressive triple negative IDC in my left breast in 2016, sentinel node biopsy clear. A couple of weeks ago, I had some sharp pains in my non-cancerous right breast. The pains stopped, but the breast still feels tender (or is it just because I keep poking around?). I think it may be somewhat swollen / fuller; however, the left breast was radiated and has been smaller / flatter since then so I can't use it for comparison. I'm almost 20 years out from menopause so that's not a factor.

I found my IDC tumor myself & don't feel a lump in the right breast now (although I have tons of scar tissue from a major reduction). My apprehensive mind went to ILC. I had a clear bilateral mammogram on July 31st and a physical exam by the oncologists PA shortly thereafter. Since interval cancers can be aggressive, I know the mammo provides no guarantees. I plan to call the oncologist's office tomorrow, but wondered how many others here had a prior history of IDC? Thanks!
