Thank you for posting this article. This explains why my oncologist said that I'd benefit from Tecentriq + Abraxane instead of Taxol.

I just found out that my cancer had mutated to TNBC, PD-L1 positive. Since 2008, it has been ER/PR positive and Her2-, PDL1 negative. I guess all the different treatments that I was undergoing resulted in the mutation of the cancer cells.

Is there a forum for Tecentriq + Abraxane on breastcancer.org?
