Hey guys. I’m 25 years old. When I was 18 I was diagnosed with 5 Fibroadeomas. 2 in the left breast and 3 in the right breast. They were large, that’s how I noticed they were there. I had an lumpectomy in 2014. I had to follow up for 2 years and then I was let go. In 2017, I found 3 new lumps in my right breast. One looked suspicious and came back as a cellular Fibroadeoma and the other two just regular Fibroadeomas. I had a surgery at the end of year and had them removed. I was about to have my last follow up appointment in my 2 year span and they found 3 more lumps in my left breast. They have been stable and they appear to be Fibroadeomas also.

Mid-September 2020 I noticed large drops of blood in my bra coming from my right breast. I thought nothing of it at first. Then 3 days later there were more large drops of blood so I panicked and contacted my NP. From that day forward I started bleeding from my nipple 2-3 days at a time. Large drops of blood. It doesn’t come out if you manipulate unless you manipulate it for about 5 minutes or more. It comes out completely on its own. I also have burning sensations in my nipple which I treat with Tylenol and ice packs in my bra. They conducted an ultrasound and saw 2 dark spots. No masses they said. So they ordered a Breast MRI. They found a 5 mm mass. I had another ultrasound 4 days after that and they were able to find the mass on ultrasound. On ultrasound it measured as 7 mm. Lymph nodes were clear but very hard to find.

The radiologist suggested it looked suspicious but it could also be a papilloma. My grandma had Stage 1 BC and my aunt had Stage 3. Has anyone else had any bloody nipple discharge for over 4 weeks and had it to be nothing? Should I be worried? I have a biopsy on 11/6 and the radiologist suggested I would need surgery regardless of whether it was cancer or not because it was causing my nipple to bleed. Any similar situations or advice?

Thank you.
