Worried- lots of symptoms but nothing confirmed

Brief history.

46 (almost 47) yr old female, get callbacks every year for diff things changing on mammos, right breast biopsy 2 yrs ago for microcalcifications bi-rads 4, came back benign, have heterogeneously dense breasts, maternal aunt diagnosed at 63. This April I had a tingly/pulling feeling in right breast, very weird sensation. Lasted for weeks, then early May getting in shower one morning and noticed a definite indent on that right side where that pulling feeling was, like right in that axillary fold area. Had US and was told they only found a cyst on lower side under breast, not anywhere near where i'm seeing indent, they also said they could see a lymph node....never said any more about that. As the months went on I started to feel a small pea sized lump inside, right where that indent is, then started noticing a line of small lumps as i run my finger down the front side of my armpit. Called Dr again and she ordered a MRI of breast. That came back fine. Still have the lump inside as well as the lumps (about 3 of them) along the front or armpit. Now have been noticing that my arm is getting numb/tingly feeling, going down my arm and affecting my pinky and ring fingers. My next screening mammo isn't until Jan 2021. The mammo I had this past Jan was not a 3D....just a regular. I'm just not sure whether to keep pushing or just wait until January. Also note, I've have 3 complete blood tests, March, May and Oct. and all 3 of them have had an elevated CRP result, which is the inflammation test. (just doesn't show WHERE the inflammation is) I also deal with basal cell carcinoma skin cancer. I've had a small rash under breast for about a year now. Dermatologist first though Intertrigo and gave me steroids, didn't help. The rash doesn't look anything like Intertrigo. Looks like 4 little red bumps, like mosquito bites but not really raised more flat, comes and goes, itches. Finally did a punch biopsy on it and she said it's "inconclusive"

Do i wait, or push for a mammo? Thanks for any and all advice!!

Since your August post you have had an MRI, which is notoriously sensitive but nonspecific leading to lots of benign biopsies and having a less than 5% false negative rate. I believe negative mammogram plus ultrasound plus MRI are pretty definitive for ruling out cancer. What is your number one concern? Why are you still worried that you have a breast issue as opposed to a skin issue? Almost all of us have heterogeneously dense breasts and the ultrasound and MRI have more than addressed that. I think of CRP test results reflecting cardiovascular issues

My number one concern is the feeling of that lump deep inside plus the other lumps at the front of the armpit and now the numbness/tingling feeling in arm/fingers. I agree that all of the testing is pretty definitive but I still have this gut feeling. It seems like new symptoms popping up all the time. I forgot to mention earlier that back in May when noticing the indent I also noticed my nipple/areola looked a bit darker, i felt it and it felt almost dry/scaly. I did squeeze it and had a clear sometimes milky discharge out of one duct. I did mention this to a friend of mine that works in mammography and she said if it was bloody and spontaneous, then it would be more of a worry. I still have the discharge.

camper - do you have continuous or spontaneous discharge? If it's only when you squeeze - quit squeezing.

Melissa is right. You're really have had every definitive test. Of course there could be something there - but I don't think you'll convince anyone to slit you open just to take a look. I'm assuming you've seen a GYN or a breast specialist? If not - that's the next step. If you have, then you should either follow their recommendations for monitoring going forward - or discount their expertise and find another doc for a second opinion.
