Kisqali (ribociclib) fatigue. When do you take pills?

I've been on this almost a year and the fatigue is getting to me. MO reduced dosage from 600mg to 400mg several months ago. MO has prescribed Ritalyn (methylphenidate) to take mid-day during the 1-2 weeks I'm really knocked down. I've been taking the Kisqali at luinch, but mid-afternoon I crash and sleep so hard that I wake up stupid. Going to adjust timing of pills, but who has experimented and found what works for them? Does it make you sleep, or keep you awake?
