I've been having these symptoms for a while now. I've noticed a slight orange peel appearance to my breasts, but also I get these red dots that are almost like blackheads or whiteheads or ingrown hairs or something, I can sometimes squeeze them to get something out but then they take FOREVER to heal and they just are always popping up. I do also sometimes get an odd breast pain.

I'm only 26 though.
