First time chemo, second diagnosis due to botched biopsy

Hello,

I had a botched biopsy in 2018 and it is suspected to have caused what is now an aggressive reoccurrence of breast cancer on my left side. During the first go-round I had a mastectomy in order to avoid radiation, but when the biopsy (Prior to first diagnosis) sliced me open along the outside of breast and they had to scramble all over the hospital to find a stitch kit to stitch me up, 18 months later I now have the cancer back right along the scar line and it is aggressive. It also moved to my lymph node. Because of this I now start 4 months of aggressive chemo on Friday (every 2 weeks) followed by surgery and then radiation. I believe the chemo they said I'll be on is ACT and there is no way to avoid hair loss. Anyone find they were able to keep their hair by getting evening chemo appointments? I read that was a tactic, though my MO only had a morning appointment available. Thoughts
