Ladies with firmer implants, how do you handle them?

Hello. Two days ago I had my exchange surgery after BMX. I told my PS many times that I want Natrelle inspira full profile to get normal projection. Unfortunately, he ignored my opinion - I got moderate profile and the most firmer implants - SCM. This is how he solved that task with projection. As for me they are less comfortable than TEs. Ladies, I feel like a Barbie doll - two firm plastic breasts. As for now, I am counting days untill I can get a revision surgery. Could you please share some advice how did you adjust to the firmness? If you went from the firm implants SCM, SCF, SCX to the responsive (R) type, did it make a difference?

Mika - I can't be of much help since I have firm implants - but then I had hard, fibrocystsic breasts so I don't see much difference.

I did want to say, if you were firm with your PS about what you wanted and he implanted something different, I sure wouldn't be going back to him for any revisions. Did you have it in writing? I don't believe in suing people, but in this case I'd find another PS unless you plan to go back with an attorney. Even so, could you trust him again?

Hello, thank you so much for your response. Of course I will find another surgeon for revision. I have 0 trust to my current PS. I brought pictures to show him my goals, I talked to him, I sent messages. Even when he marked me before the surgery, I asked some details. He told me "see, I draw the line where you want. You will like the result, I feel we are on the same page." Yes, he draw the line, but he didn't use it :)))))). Per my understanding, doctors should not accept me as a patient if they unable to help me with my goals. Of course I am talking about elective procedures. As for now, I just have to make follow ups with the current PS and his nurse to be sure that everything heals properly. But this whole situation is weird and unpleasant.

Thank you so much for your response!

I removed my initial question since I will have to go through revision anyway. My PS completely didn't follow his plan and made other issues. Of course I will proceed with another doctor.
