Exemestane and thoughts on quitting

I have been on exemestane for over 5 and a half years and am questioning why I should remain in it longer. My Dr thinks 7 plus years I had early stage breast cancer and had a lumpectomy. I haven’t had terrible side effects although think it is decreasing my muscle tone.
Did anyone on here decide to go off of the drug on their own
