I noticed my left nipple has some inversion

My nipple is inverted turning toward right and On the areola the skin feels different,what made me sensitive about it is the nipple has a slight burning sensation.I can not feel a lump anywhere on or in either breast,I went to my ob/ gyn oncologist and he couldn't feel anything more than I do but ordered a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound of the left nipple and areola.They both were negative.I have always had sensitivity in my left breast( and it has always been slightly larger than the right side). It still bothers me a lot that this is happening and would really love/ and need some feedback.Am I being overly sensitive or should I be concerned,I am over 50. Has anyone else had this issue and what is your advise?
