Newly diagnosed IDC 2nd time for BC

Hello everyone! Newly diagnosed with IDC. Second go around with breast cancer. First time was 2010 with ILC. I have my initial appointment with surgeon on the 29th. I have talked with my PCP and she has my back on my decision to request a double masectomy this go around. 1st time I let the surgeon talk me into a lumpectomy. Low and behold cancer in the same breast. Has anyone who has gone through had immediate reconstruction? I am interested in the diep flap. And do you normally have to go through chemo again? Thanks!
