Bowel changes

I finished treatment for Breast Cancer 15 months ago and am presently taking Arimidex(Anastrazole) to help prevent recurrence. I’ve found that I can’t eat spicy foods anymore and my bowels are more sluggish, at times causing spasms. Many foods I eat are causing this problem that causes discomfort for at least 2 days. The chemo I received was Adriamycin/Cytoxin and Taxol. Is anyone else having a similar problem

Mcolestork, My girlfriend had chemo and is on anastrozole also. She said she suffered from constipation after starting the medication and suggested if I had to go on it to start taking magnesium. This helps her and also staying hydrated. I'm on tamoxifen, but take magnesium for leg cramps.
