Herceptin with HER2++

Wondering if herceptin can work as targeted therapy while someone has ER/PR- but HER2++ and came as HER2 negative after FISH?

I see some posters here had herceptin while being her2 negative.

Would love to hear stories who had it without HER2 truly positive and if it’s possible to target it with small %.

    I doubt it's possible to target it with a small% of herceptin, even though you are HER2++. HER2 positive is very fast growing and I believe it almost always needs chemo to potentiate it. I don't know this for sure. Hopefully someone will post who has been through this.
