3d call back.haven’t uploaded my results to my chart-Scared!

I had my annual screening on Thursday and when the tech was finished, she asked if I used mychart? I said yes and she said that's where my results would be posted. Went on my way and coincidentally later that evening, get a call from the main facility (thanks to caller ID) and heart went to stomach. Answered the call and it was a call for donations for the hospital...are you kidding me??

Recovered from that scare only to wake up Friday morning with a letter posted to my chart about needing to come back for a diagnostic mammo with special views tomo right. Called and am scheduled for Monday morning. So here I am worried because of the callback since last year's 3d was fine and for the fact no test results are uploaded to my chart. When I research that it says tests of a sensitive nature may not be posted. However my results from last year are so yeah I'm freaking out!!!

I'm almost 48 and have very large fibrocystic breasts. I've been dealing with menopausal symptoms for several years now and gyno put me on progesterone pills last year for round the clock bleeding. I occasionally spot now but not much and feel like my body is pmsing every so often.

My maternal grandmother was diagnosed with ovarian or uterine cancer around the age of 36 and although private my paternity grandmother is thoughtful to had gotten BC around the age 60. There is all kinds of cancer on both sides of family so that's also a factor.

Like everyone I hate the waiting game

As discussed many places on this site - a call back for a diagnostic mammo and an Ultrasound are very prevalent. Not sure of the %, but it's VERY high - especially for people with large, fibrocystcic breasts. Good luck tomorrow.

I wouldn't put too much stock into the the first scan being in your my chart . There are tons of reasons for call backs and the majority of the time they look at the diagnostic and say all is good see ya later or come back in 3 mo or 6 months . Hope the scan is quick and the results are good
