New calcifications 4 years after original diagnosis

I have had clear mammos, MRI and ultrasounds since my original diagnosis and treatment. Last year I had two lots of fat grafting for the lumpectomy defect. Last week I got a call back from my mammo as they wanted more films plus an ultrasound because of calcifications they spotted. These calcifications are around the scarred area and so they think these are probably related to that but the fact that they've popped up after such a long time has me slightly on edge. I saw the films and ultrasound and they are quite clear. They are going to discuss my case at their next weekly meeting to decided where to go from here. I'm assuming either just watch them or more likely, given my previous pathology, a biopsy.

Has anyone else dealt with this?
