Flare-up without swelling

I was diagnosed with mild lymphoedema a few years ago. It has all been manageable. Went through PT and hardly ever wear sleeve.
On 8/9/20, I feel on concrete, hitting my head (concussion) and arm that was diagnosed with LE. Originally, the arm swelled and was very sore. I had and x-ray and MRI of the wrist, both negative. My thumb, wrist and forearm hurt the most when turned a certain way. Shoulder also hurt. Dr not sure why.

My question can the pain be a flare-up of LE? What can my Dr do to determine.

Thanks for any help... even if it's to confirm it's not the LE.

Denise - did the original diagnosis include measurements? Did you keep copies? I'd go a certified/trailed LEPT to have a look. Most docs aren't really great at diagnosing & treating LE
