TC and the on set of menopause

Hi Ladies!!

I will be starting my first round of TC next week. I am 47 years old and am still having regular periods. I am curious to hear from other pre/peri menopausal women who underwent the 4 rounds of TC. How soon did you start noticing changes in your period? Why symptoms of menopause presented first? Was TC successful in putting you into medically induced menopause, or did your periods return?

Hi Sarabeara, I had AC (?) in 2003 for IDC, and it put me into menopause. I was 49. Sorry, don’t remember details but I do remember thinking that was one positive of having breast cancer. It only took one dose to put me in menopause and I didn’t get any of the dreaded menopause symptoms!
