Waiting on Core Biopsy Result

Good Evening to everyone

I had a core biopsy yesterday on a very small suspicious nodule. The BS seemed not concerned at all and said she would be very surprised if it’s malignant. This made me feel so much better, I’m presuming they have a fair idea and I should just be happy and not worry about the results, I get my results on Thursday .

Just wanted to come back on and give an update for anyone had read my post. Got my results today and thankfully it was b9. I am so happy and no follow up needed for 6 months.

Thank you quinnie! I was so relieved my report stated

“ Benign Fatty Breast Tissue”, which I was surprised about as I have very dense breasts. A great relief.
