I think my subject line covers Alot.

I am still waiting for calls, best chance network and another charity for a colonoscopy. Affinity health saw me a MOS. Ago. And said these organizations would call me. When I went online to my medical records-- it shows that the doctor has put dates for these appointments to be made up to a year out.
