Left boob itchy

hi! I’m super worried. I’m 25 and in good health. I work out a lot and the other day after walking 3 miles and doing yoga I noticed my left nipple became itchy and had little red bumps. I looked up the bumps and realized that they were actually my Montgomery’s glands that became red. The redness and itchiness has since gone away. The itchiness cane back tonight briefly while I was actively working out and sweating. My left breast is naturally larger than my right but it feels heavy and sore. Every so often I get a little dull ache in it. It’s a little tender on the bottom and side as well. The nipple looked like it had a tad bit of chaffing but it looks ok now. I’m not sure if this could be a combo of infection and wrong bra size or something else I’m so scared I haven’t told my mom because I don’t want to scare her. I have an apt with the gyno tomorrow for a breast check.

It sounds like you need to see a dermatologist.

I agree - skin issues always call for a dermatologist.

I definitely will see the dermatologist as well because I have some skin tags I need removed. But what do you think about the soreness and pain?
