weight loss after ULMX reconstruction symmetry problem?

I had a unilateral mastectomy in the middle of June and am receiving an implant on Thursday. Not the slightest bit nervous about the surgery, but not excited about the recovery and the implant. I have enough fat for all of you, but my concern is symmetry after I lose weight. I am at 236 lbs. right now and hope to end up at 180 lbs. long term. I've gone vegan and reduced portion size and have lost 9 lbs. in 3 weeks of no refined sugar, lower starch and carefully prepared meals. My surgeon says that whatever weight I'm at when she does the saline implant is what I will be at later. Meaning, if I get an implant on the right side to also go up a size, than when I lose weight, the fat comes off the right side but the MX side will stay the same size, creating a lopsided effect. Does anyone have experience with this? I'm hoping to keep the implants in a little longer so I can lose more weight before the final surgery. Not looking forward to an extra month, but I think I need it. What should I expect long term?
