Hairloss After Regrowth?

I'm 42 yes old and I was diagnosed with stage 3 triple negative breast cancer literally 1 yr ago today. I'm now 8 months since last chemo treatment, 4 month since last radiation treatment, declared cancer free but the weirdest thing started happening.

The hair on my head, eyelashes, eyebrows, and hair on my legs and under my arms has grown back in, some I didn't miss. But now my pubic hair is coming out AGAIN, like when I started chemo, in clumps. I also have hair bumps on my arms and legs, like in grown. I can deal with that, but having my pubic hair falling out again, should I be worried?
