Bone scan question

Hello Fellow Warriors,

I was diagnosed back in March, had left mastectomy and axillary dissection in April, 4 rounds of chemotherapy, and just had a follow up bone scan yesterday. The results came back today and thankfully showed no bone mets, but it did mention the following:

"There is ill-defined increased radiotracer uptake within the soft tissues of the left breast, which appears new since the prior
study. Given patient's history of left breast cancer, clinical correlation with breast
imaging (i.e. mammography or breast ultrasound) is recommended."

My last scan was in March, shortly after my diagnosis, and didn't mention anything about uptake in the breast. Is this something that I should be concerned about? My oncologist did not recommend the ultrasound or mammogram, just to have a follow up CT scan in 6 months. Am I making something out of nothing? Has anyone else had such an occurrence on their report? FWIW ,I am preparing to start radiation on the left breast/lymph node region in the coming weeks, so maybe my MO thinks that will address it? TIA for your thoughts!
