Does anyone STINK?

Uugh! I don't know what exactly is going on but I have noticed that I just stink lately. If I shower I am fine but I used to be able to shower every other day. And because I sweat at night from menopause or too hot of a bedroom, then I notice I just kind of stink in the morning because I was sweating overnight. When I work out, I really stink. Does anyone else notice a difference in their body odor from menopause/hormone changes? (armpit and vaginal odor) Sorry if TMI.

I feel like my armpit odor seems worse. I shower daily and use Tom's Natural deodorant. I don't use antiperspirant. I shower in the morning. Sometimes, if I remember, or feel a little "stinky", I'll put on deodorant again before I go to bed.

Yep. I quit Toms and started Schmidt's Lavendar and Sage at a friend's suggestion. Lately, without sweating I can smell like an onion. I don't smell bad at all and I sweated some today.

Try 100% cotton underwear, if you aren't already. It's breathable and may help, especially at night.
