Lesión in left skull near mekals cave

Hi. Has anyone had any lesions in the skull. I have one on left side near mekals cave/caverus sinus. If anyone’s had this, did you just do radiation on it /stereotactic,, or did you have surgery first, Transnasal approach for resection. Thank you for your time.
