Sea cucumber?

My friend told me sea Cucumber are good for cancer patients, anyone here heard of or is eating it?

    I have seen them in Chinese restaurants. I heard they are bland tasting sea creatures. They didn't look too appetizing to me but, hey, you never know.

    honestly, I think they look disgusting, but I might give it a try if it’s good for killing cancer cells.

    my grandfather diagnosed esophagus cancer at his 50s and he eat 1 or 1/2 sea cucumber everyday after that for more than 30years. He passed away at 90 years old.He used to be a doctor in China.

    I don’t think sea cucumber will cure cancer but it was good for immune system. I was easy to catch flu or cough during winter every year after have 2 kids. once I back to China, my mom let me eat sea cucumber for about 6 months, then the next two winters I didn’t catch cold at all.

    And don’t spend money on big/ fat sea cucumber which restaurants used. In China we use dried smaller one, It should be more expensive
