Pertuzumab for Stage 2A.. worth it?

I am 33 and diagnosed with stage 2A Her2 positive breast cancer. Lymph nodes negative, tumor size 2.9 cms. Doc has advised 6 chemo sessions+Herceptin, followed by surgery, radiation and Herceptin.

Now the doctor has also given me an option of having pertuzumab but it is costing me 10 lacs INR more. Doc said the recovery rate increases by 4-5% if we use pertuzumab. I want to know, is it really worth it or I can go without taking it as well?

    gosh that is expensive. If the converter is correct 10 lakh INR is ~14,000 USD. Would that be for the whole treatment or per month?

    But you're very young and personally my temptation would be to treat it aggressively
