Trodelvy side effects

I have not updated my profile. But I am going to get on Trodelvy soon, and would like to know people's side effects here. I know they can be very bad, but one person on this forum mentioned they were, for her, tolerable.

Please: Anyone else?

I am going on this drug soon too and would like to know the side effects as well. Do you know if hair loss is a for sure side effect also?

SofieKatz -- Just started Trodelvy Aug. 5th. I've had 3 doses so far and started with a dose reduction of 75%, then went down to 60%. I would agree that it's tolerable, but not easy. For me, nausea, aches, fatigue, headaches, constipation (from nausea meds) and then diarrhea/stomach cramps. I have been using cold caps to prevent hair loss for almost 3 years through taxol, taxotere, carboplatin and abraxane with great success. I've been wearing the caps on treatment days for nearly 8 hours (way more than I did before) and am now starting to shed quite a bit. I'm hoping for just thinning, but we'll see.

So far, no new neuropathy. I have had low white counts and anemia, but that's being controlled with Neulasta and Xarzio.
