Goldilocks closure/reconstruction

hello all! Has anyone had the Goldilocks closure? For those who don't know, this is when the surgeon conducts a skin sparing mastectomy and uses your extra skin from your breast to create a small breast mound. I have decided not to do regular reconstruction, and I am seriously inclining toward this. My surgeon says I could get a small mound that would be a “mini A" — I like the idea of having a little something there and I like the way the closure looks. I don't like the idea of getting a seroma or other complication. That's the one issue I'm weighing. I do still have radiation ahead of me following surgery. I'm curious to hear if anyone else has had this surgery
