Seeking ideas: managing treatments w/ toddler during COVID

My 3.5 year old was able to start school about a month before my diagnosis. It is very important to us that our child continue to attend school for myriad reasons. Has anyone figured out a way to do this and keep risk minimal? Or is the only answer be that I would need to stay in a separate home while immunocompromised?
