CBE doc noted area of thicknness

Went for my annual to get script for yearly mammo
During breast exam she noted area of thickening around 2 and a lump across from that area on inner side of breast. I have diagnostic mammo and ultrasound scheduled for Thursday.
While putting my hair in a ponytail i had both arms above my head. Same breast has 3 indentations or “dimpling" in that same breast.
I am a little freaked out about this!
