I just wanted to say that I'm 52 years old, diagnosed 9 months ago stage 2a T2 N0(i+) M0 with LVI found during right mastectomy (I was surgery first, then 6 cycles of TCHP and now on #11 of HP). I never had a port placed because I thought I was going to get Herceptin Hylecta after TCHP. I am wondering what are side effects of mono therapy of Phesgo..in other words when someone is on just HP or just on Phesgo? I received my first dose of Phesgo 1 1/2 weeks ago. It was my nurse's first time giving it. I am thin and not much sub Q fat. The nurse was able to get most of the medicine in my thigh, but some of it was backing up out of my skin around the needle towards the end of my injection. She was injecting it appropriately. I also started having more soft stool issues as well as more nausea and headaches after Phesgo. I was having completely normal stools after TCHP up until my last HP and this dose of Phesgo. I also had new generalized mild muscle weakness after Phesgo. My MO said that all my side effects lately should not be related to the HP or Phesgo. The Phesgo is the same as HP with exception of the Hyaluronidase that is in the Phesgo. The Hyaluronidase should not go systemic. I also tolerated the Herceptin Hylectin that also has the Hyaluronidase. Anybody had anything similar to this? Thanks
