Looking for support and information on moms diagnosis

hello ladies

I am writing in this forum because I am really worried for my mom.

She was diagnosed with IDC 4.8 cm lump her 2 positive and er+ and Pr- grade 2the surgeon doesn't believe it's in lymph nodes

She has had her ct scan now bone and muga are coming up

Based on her lump size and breast cancer type should I prepare myself for a advanced diagnosis? It seems to me a lot of women in this forum have similar characteristic abs hers

I'm really worried and scared and would love any information.
