Fat grafting...again.

I had a mastectomy with implant and then had to exchange my implants and had fat grafting the following year to fill in.
I would kind of like to have some additional fat grafting for rounding (now I’m wishing I had gone a bit bigger), but not Sure if my insurance would pay for anything more. Anyone have experience with this?
