Very worried

I would just like your thoughts if this sounds like IBC?

My lymph nodes under my left arm came up and the pain was like I had injured myself like a soft tissue injury, was so swollen and painful for days, in this time I've been suffering from all over allergic Atopic Dermatitis and I had been scratching a lot all night for the last couple of months.

2 weeks ago I woke with a huge swollen breast on that side, orange peel skin but no redness. The skin is thickened in certain spots but the weird thing is when I wear a bra the orange peel skin starts to look less promimant but it's still there and the thickening seems to lesson after the boob has been lifted for a while, sometimes the nipple/uerola area thickens but nipple doesn't look inverted just very hard and sore, then the thickening moves somewhere else on the breast and then when I don't wear a bra it goes back like that.

I went to the Doctor last week and said she thought it was an infection and put me on Antibiotics for a week, these didn't work.

She also finally referred me to a Dermatologist for my Dermatitis that I've struggled with for 5 years and get a flare up every 6 months that lasts around 3 months.

I'm finding it hard to wear a bra at the moment due to getting itchy on the back and shoulders etc.

I was getting really itchy above and below the breasts for a while and it has left a few sores that have healed mostly.

Lymph nodes under left arm are still large but swelling has gone down and not throbbing like it was bit still kinder tender and itchy.
