hair loss two years out?

HI all, I'm over two years out since completing chemo, and about two years since my hair started regrowing. It's grown pretty well. It's very curly (never was before), fine, but goes past my shoulders.

Recently I feel like my hair has been thinning and shedding in large clumps. Has anyone experienced this? Could it just be a natural cycle of growth? Do you recommend any products or tips for healthier/thicker hair?

It looks like you are on Tamoxifen. That's probably the culprit.
