Different size breasts

I had DIEP reconstruction on my left breast 12 years ago , now I have TE In my right one.

Before I had DIEp I was 34c . Then my breast(tummy grew to 38D.

So last time the nurse doing filling told me that I would need 800cc implants which is the biggest one they have. That really concerned me as I don’t want to have such big implant.

So now I have 3 options:

- get the largest implant

- get the left DIEP breast reduced

- have the right breast be a bit smaller than the left one.

My TE now is filled to 350 and when I put a bra on there is not a huge visual difference. So I am thinking with 600 it should be ok as I am not going out without a bra.
My DIEP breast looks and feels so good that I don’t want to touch it. In fact I don’t think I would want a lift since it will be only good for a few years but I will ask my PS about it.

I am also planning fat grafting which will add a bit of volume but probably not enough to make breasts even with a smaller implant. And it is not clear how much would stay after a while

Has anyone here ended up with uneven breasts and found it hard to deal with? Am I too optimistic thinking it is not a big deal with a good bra?

Let me tell you, originally I had a double mastectomy and I got my right side radiated. Both expanders were filled to full to match my original size. The radiation caused 1 side to be fairly tight. You can tell when naked but bras didn't fit right either. Due to radiation, the right was taken out and I lived with 1 for over a year. I struggled with 1.

Having 1 drastically different size boob is very hard in terms of clothes, outings, etc.

So I think that if you have a boob you like, keep it and make the other 1 a little smaller if it matches at a smaller size. And this 1 is changeable.

Most women have slightly different size breasts in reality.
