By Hats for You, the tag just says "viscose blend." Machine wash and dryable. If you go to hatsforyou dot net it is their shirred cap, but they don't have this exact pattern/color on the website. It's a hot pink, medium blue, and purple pattern that looks like tie dye or outer space. Never worn - except for trying on. Perfect condition. Shipped free anywhere in the US.
