Red and Hot Breast 3 years after masectomy/implant

I can't believe I am back on this site-I thought I was done. I am 4 years post IDC/DCIS ER/PR+ BC

I woke up this morning with a warm/pink breast (the implant side). I got into see my plastics guy since I figured it was an infection. It got redder and hotter by the time I got there. He gave me antibiotics. Its not getting worse, but not getting better. Of course, I did not think until later that I could have a lymphoma from the implant or IBC. I am REALLY stressed, but trying to use my breathing and such to stay calm. I got a hold of my oncologist after hours and they told me to call my breast surgeon first thing, and the oncologist will follow up with me in the morning. I have had lots of weird complications along my cancer journey so far, and if I have cancer again I will be really pissed! If you are a praying person, please pray for me! Thanks for listening!
