Tyrer-Cuzick risk of 41%

Hello, I’m 47 and recently had a biopsy... came back benign fibroadenoma no atypia*. I had found a lump which was a cyst(ultrasound) and the fibroadenoma was found incidentally. The radiologist Who did the biopsy mentioned that I might be a candidate for breast MRI due to heterogeneously dense tissue. I was referred to a genetic counselor. After doing the Tyrer-Cuzick she determined me to be 41% risk for breast cancer. This has caused me so much anxiety I am now seeking help(medication and counseling). I do have two half paternal aunts who had BC. But other than that have no risk factors. We submitted and are waiting on my myrisk genetic test. Both of my sisters had the myrisk test done and were negative for all known mutations. How reliable is the Tyrer-cusick. It has me feeling like a ticking time bomb. How do you find peace knowing you are high risk and mentally get through all the additional testing year after year. I do have regular 3D mammograms last one was Feb and came back Birads 2. Benign findings(cysts). Is adding breastMRI worth the extra anxiety?
