    Thank you, Moderators, for this informative article.

    I have been given two chemo options for early stage two HER2 positive breast cancer. AC-T was strongly recommended over TC because HER2 positive can be aggressive and has a high rate of recurrence. (Whichever option I choose will also include a year of Herceptin.)

    I asked for the rates of efficacy, survival and recurrence for the two options, but the oncologist and resident did not know. This article and additional research will help me make an informed decision.

    That is good news to hear as the anthracyclines are so hard on the heart also.
