Online mental health program

Hello everyone!

I posted here recently about a free, 2-week online mental health program run by Monash University (and we had a great response from this online community!). Our programs are designed specifically to help people cope once they finish primary cancer treatment. We acknowledge that difficult feelings can continue (e.g., fear of cancer recurrence) even after treatment has finished!
