Ribociclib side effect

I just use Ribociblib (Kryxana) and Letrosole (femara) for 8 days. Kryzana 600mg per day. I have a problem with back pain (upper and lower), tightening in the chest( after surgery) and rash skin at the skin chest. any of you have experience with that? do we need to reduce the dose?
