Undiagnosed breast issue

Last April I noticed a fullness at side of my left breast/armpit. I had a mammogram and ultrasound in July 19 which came back clear. Was told probably just hormonal.

In Dec 19 it had slowly got bigger did not fluctuate with my cycle stayed the same all the time.

Was sent for another ultrasound was clear again.

Today I now have one rather swollen armpit/side of breast the other is completely normal.

It’s very uncomfortable and am becoming very self conscious.

I recently requested copies of my imaging and letters sent to my gp which stated I have dense breasts and glandular tissue.

My question is should I return for further investigation or am I just wasting gp/nhs time.

I am 42 no other health issues.

I'd ask for an ultrasound.
