fat necrosis 2 years after exchange surgery

Did anyone who had double mastectomy, TEs during radiation and then implant exchange end up getting fat necrosis 2 years later?

I am 2 years out from exchange, almost 3 years out from mastectomy, and have a hard lump in my implant, right in the center, like where my nipple would be, about a quarter to a half inch below the scar line.
