Aromasin and Hair loss -help

I am about 3 1/2 months into taking Aromasin and experiencing hair shedding/thinning along with headaches and other side affects like bone and joint pain. I am specifically interested in knowing if anyone has experienced hair thinning /shedding while on Aromasin? Exemestane -generic).
