Hair thinning

Has anyone experienced hair thinning while on Aromasin ?(Exemestane- generic) please help ? I read that it could be your diet or a side affect from Aromasin.

Hair thinning or hair loss can be a side effect of Aromasin, but most people find that their hair starts to regrow soon after treatment concludes. If your hair loss or hair thinning seems excessive, it's a good idea to talk to your doctor about other contributing factors.
