Weird lump in palm of hand

I started Anastrozole three months ago, post double mastectomy and radiation treatment. I suddenly have a lump that has formed in the center of the palm of my hand. Wondering if this is a side affect of swollen tendons from AI. Or if this is something else. Has anyone experienced this?
